Under his strategic vision, JSI introduced AI-integrated Smart Learning Systems and intelligent interactive boards that bring localized AI into classrooms and corporate boardrooms. He ensures that hardware, cloud infrastructure, and proprietary AI models work in seamless synchronization, delivering low-latency, privacy-first AI capabilities tailored to Indian and global operational environments.

To ensure complete technical autonomy, Vanshu engineered JSI's self-hosted email infrastructure from scratch — configuring custom SMTP routing, SPF, DKIM, DMARC authentication protocols, IP reputation monitoring, and Roundcube webmail.
