Terms & Condition
- Hardware Damage Responsibility: It is agreed that the Second Party is responsible for bearing the repair or replacement costs in case of any physical damage to the provided hardware.
- Payment through PDC (Post Dated Cheque): The Second Party must provide Post Dated Cheques for the upcoming four quarters of rent during installation. Refer to Annexure-A for the payment schedule.
- Late Payment Fine: In case of delayed rental payments, the Second Party will incur an 18% interest charge per Smart Board for each day of delay beyond the stipulated deadline.
- Advance Quarterly Payments: Both parties agree to advance quarterly payments due on or before the 7th day of each quarter.
- Waiver of Security Deposit: The requirement for a refundable security deposit equivalent to three months' rent is waived off, as approved by the First Party.
- Minimum Locking Period: The agreement includes a minimum locking period of one year. After this period, the Second Party can terminate the contract with a three-month advance notice.
- Timely Delivery Commitment: Smart Interactive Boards/Panels will be delivered within 30 days from receiving the advance security deposit and signing the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
- Duration of Agreement: This Agreement is accepted for a period of five years, starting from the effective date.
- Maintenance and Support Services: The First Party will provide ongoing maintenance and technical support services throughout the Agreement to ensure the optimal functioning of the provided Smart Classes Solutions.
